Welcome!
I'm an educational linguist and teacher educator, currently working as a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of English and American Studies at the University of Vienna.

A key focus of my current work is the intersection of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning, with a particular interest in how instructional practices can be adapted to support neurodiverse learners in EFL classrooms. My additional research interests include learners' extramural—or recreational—use of English, as well as the ways in which sociocultural differences influence common instructional approaches in foreign language education. I typically adopt a cross-national perspective, exploring language learning contexts in primary and secondary education across various European countries.
